4.19. Servicing


Based on your policies and customer contracts, you will provide service to the level defined in your quality plan. All those activities performed must comply with the ISO 9000 standard . You will develop plans, procedures, training, documentation, and testing methods to support the committed level of service. You will have a documented process that verifies that you have meet all the customer requirements.

Specifically:

  • You will have documented procedures for all the services you perform.
  • You will have a system in place to report and verify the services you have provided.
